    Multiple course purchases may be for one registrant, or may be divided among multiple registrants. To obtain volume discounts, courses must be purchased on the same order.

Go to www.allstartax.com to register. If you received an invitation in the mail, you can select an Edward Jones Financial Advisor using the 6-digit FA number printed on the front.  Alternatively, you can choose an FA by name or by using the location search. You also have the option to register in a webinar format.  For this format, we still ask that you select an Edward Jones branch near you at the time of your registration.  However, you view the program right from your home or office computer on the specified time and date.
Payment must be made at this website by credit card, at the time of registration for a program. Payments cannot be accepted by Edward Jones Financial Advisors. To begin the registration process, go to the home page of this website and start by selecting a local Edward Jones branch.  You will be instructed to enter your credit card information after you have entered all of your registration details.
Advance registration for broadcasts is strongly recommended. However, if you come to the broadcast without pre-registering, please be sure to sign in and out on the attendance list. You must call (610) 994-9595 within 48 hours after the broadcast to arrange payment. Financial Advisors are not able to accept registration information or payment at branch offices. 
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are acceptable forms of payment online.
The fee includes a full course manual (typically a PDF of 50-100 pages), available for download approximately two weeks in advance of the program. It also includes CPE credit for CPAs, CLE credit for attorneys (if applicable), CE credit for Enrolled Agents/AFSP participants, and CFP credit for Certified Financial Planner professionals, if requested by the registrant.
You may receive an invitation in the mail from your local Edward Jones branch approximately one month prior to each broadcast. This invitation will include the six-digit ID number for your local Financial Advisor.  This number will assist you in selecting your FA at the time of course registration.
Yes. Even if you did not receive an invitation, you are welcome to attend. Go to the home page of this website to find Edward Jones branches in your area that are hosting these programs. You can register online to attend at any available branch. Or, you can view the programs in a webinar format from your home or office computer.
No, Financial Advisors are automatically notified via email when an attendee registers to attend at their branch.
For cancellations received by 5 p.m. Eastern Time of the day before a course, a full refund of the registration fee will be given. No refund is available for cancellations received after this time. No refunds are available for Season Passes. Registrants (not branches) must email info@allstartax.com to cancel.
Registrants may transfer to another broadcast at anytime up to 5 p.m. Eastern Time of the business day prior to the broadcast for which they were originally registered, for no additional charge. Transfers will not be accepted after that time. Registrants (not branches) can transfer by logging in to their online profile at www.allstartax.com

Note: Transfers may only be made within the 2018-19 All-Star Tax Series, for courses between May 2018 and January 2019. Season Pass holders may transfer to an alternate viewing date for a course, provided that additional replays are still available.
