CLE Credit Information

Attorneys in many states may earn CLE credit for All-Star Tax courses. Please see below for details about your state.


CLE credit is NOT currently available for All-Star Tax courses in the following states:


  • DE
  • HI
  • IA
  • IL
  • KS
  • MN
  • MS
  • MT
  • OK
  • RI
  • TN
  • VT
  • WY


The following states do not have a mandatory CLE requirement at this time:


  • MA
  • MD
  • MI
  • SD

In the following states, attorneys can self-submit All-Star Tax courses for CLE credit.  A small fee applies in some cases.  Please contact AST if you require any info or paperwork for your submission.
