CANCELLATIONS / TRANSFERS


CANCELLATIONS:

For cancellations received up to 5 p.m. Eastern Time of the business day prior to the course, a full refund of the registration fee will be given. No refund is available after that time.  No refunds are available for passes. Registrants (not branches) must email info@allstartax.com to cancel.

TRANSFERS:

To a different course: Registrants of a 2024-25 broadcast (May 2024 - January 2025) may transfer their registration to another 2024-25 course of equal price at any time up to 5 p.m. Eastern Time of the business day prior to the course for which they are originally registered, for no additional charge. Transfers will not be accepted after that time. Registrants (not branches) can transfer by logging into their customer profile at www.allstartax.com.  Or, email info@allstartax.com to transfer. Note: This transfer policy does not apply to Season Passes.
