2021 will challenge tax practitioners to deal with the issues the economy and the COVID-19 pandemic present for individual clients. The year started out with the American Rescue Plan Act, containing numerous individual related tax changes. There were also tax changes for 2020 that impact 2021.  In addition, with the new administration, additional tax relief and individual tax changes may take effect this year.
